This gallery is an introductory part of a single project to found a twin gallery to display the history of the rise of spiritual nationalism and its impact on Indian freedom struggle as well as on Netahi Subhas Chandra Bose. One is in the name of Swami Vivekananda and the other Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. The first one is build to showcase the history of early nineteenth century colonial Bengal and the evolution of social reform movement, the context of Ramakrishna Movement. It is a collection of photographs and paintings that narrates the history of early nationalism and its ideological background. In this context this gallery situates Swami Vivekananda as a national figure who influenced the early nationalists and their ideas and gave birth of an idea of spiritual nationalism. In this context Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose led the nation in a different perspective and in a different way. This later development is shown in a separate gallery. But actually it is a continued story that is being told through the displays of Swami Vivekananda Gallery and Netaji Subhas Chandra Gallery. Visitors have to pay an entry fee of total Rs. 10/- to visit both the galleries. Timings:
